We are extremely disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. The final product looked nothing like what was represented in the seller's store page. The personalized name (small name) was placed on top of the graduation cap instead of being laid out across the graduation year, which is how the designs appear in the photos on the seller's page.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was never notified of this design change or given the opportunity to approve it beforehand. Had I been informed, I would have requested revisions before the item was completed.
The name is so small that it may not even be visible in my daughter's senior pictures, which defeats the entire purpose of personalization.
