Personalization Guide

Enter your personalization at checkout. We engrave exactly what you type — check spelling carefully. For special requests (specific fonts, layouts), add a note at checkout.

Returns & Custom Orders

Custom personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, we'll replace it or refund it immediately. Contact us within 7 days with a photo.

Care Instructions

Laser engraving is permanent and will never peel, fade, or wash off. Tumblers: Hand wash recommended. Wood items: Wipe clean with dry cloth. Acrylic: Soft cloth only. Jewelry: Store dry, avoid prolonged water exposure.

Enter the name, date, or custom text you want engraved at checkout. We review every order before it goes to production.
2. We Make It By Hand
Every gift is made in our Holbrook, NY workshop. Depending on the product, we laser engrave, UV DTF print, or sublimate — each method chosen for the best permanent result on that material.
3. Ships in 1–4 Business Days
Most orders ship within 1–4 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
