How to personalize

  1. Choose your color.
  2. Choose Phone Stand Only, Power Bank Only, or Matching Set.
  3. Choose your design (A-G) and font from the charts in the photos. Shoreline is lowercase only.
  4. Type the name exactly as you want it engraved. Please check spelling.
  5. For a custom logo, choose design G and upload your logo file.

How to charge the power bank

To recharge the power bank, connect its USB-C input to a USB power source with the included cable. The red indicator light inside the larger USB-A port blinks while charging and turns solid when charging is complete.

To charge your phone, connect a compatible cable to the power bank's USB-A output. The included cable fits USB-C devices. Phones with a different connection need their own cable.

This 2200mAh power bank provides backup power. Results depend on your device and usage, and a full phone recharge is not guaranteed.

Returns & Custom Orders

Custom personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, we'll replace it or refund it immediately. Contact us within 30 days with a photo. Non-personalized items can be returned within 90 days — see our full return policy.

Care Instructions

Laser engraving is permanent and will never peel, fade, or wash off. Tumblers: Hand wash recommended. Wood items: Wipe clean with dry cloth. Acrylic: Soft cloth only. Jewelry: Store dry, avoid prolonged water exposure.
