The ornament is cut from real wood and finished smooth, with a ribbon ready to hang. We engrave the baby's name and the year into the wood - it won't chip or rub off like paint or vinyl. There's room for a first and last name or a short note.

Returns & Custom Orders

Custom personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, we'll replace it or refund it immediately. Contact us within 30 days with a photo. Non-personalized items can be returned within 90 days — see our full return policy.

Care Instructions

Laser engraving is permanent and will never peel, fade, or wash off. Tumblers: Hand wash recommended. Wood items: Wipe clean with dry cloth. Acrylic: Soft cloth only. Jewelry: Store dry, avoid prolonged water exposure.
