Every order is made to order by our family in Holbrook, Long Island, NY. Nothing is drop-shipped - we engrave and print each piece ourselves, so here is exactly how timing works.
Production Time
Because your item is personalized just for you, we need a little time to make it before it ships. Production takes 1-4 business days. Please note these are business days, not calendar days - weekends and holidays are not counted.
Shipping Time
Once your order is made, standard shipping takes 2-5 days. We ship via USPS and UPS, and we choose the carrier based on the size and weight of your order to get it to you safely and quickly.

Free and Expedited Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you need your package to arrive faster.

- Important: expedited shipping speeds up delivery, but production time stays the same. It does not move your order to the front of the make line.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Peak Seasons
During our busiest times of year, please add 1-2 days to the timelines above. Our peak seasons are: Graduation season (May-June) and Christmas season (November-December).
