We stand behind everything we make. Because most of our products are personalized, please read the details below so you know exactly where you stand.
Custom Items Are Final Sale
Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be resold, so they are final sale and not eligible for a standard return. The exceptions below are how we make things right.
If We Made a Mistake
If we got something wrong - a misspelling we caused, the wrong design, or a defect - we will replace it for free, no questions asked. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
If the Wrong Info Was Entered
If the personalization details were submitted incorrectly on the order (a name spelled wrong in the order form, for example), the item is not eligible for a free replacement. We engrave exactly what is provided, so please double-check your spelling at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged from shipping, we will replace it for free. Send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Custom Items
Items without personalization can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original condition. We do not charge any restocking fee.
