Orders & Personalization

How do I submit my personalization details?

When you place your order, you'll see a text box on the product page to enter your personalization (name, date, message, etc.). Fill it in exactly as you'd like it to appear. Double-check spelling — we engrave or print exactly what you type.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin production quickly, often within hours of receiving your order. Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.

What if there's a mistake or defect in my order?

If we made an error on our end, we'll replace it at no charge. Send us a photo of the item through the Contact Us page with your order number. We stand behind our work.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because each item is custom-made for you, we are unable to accept returns on personalized products unless there is a defect or we made an error. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons (Mother's Day, graduation season, holidays), production may take 3–5 business days. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track My Order page to check your status anytime.

Custom & Special Orders

Can you do a custom design not shown in your shop?

Yes! Visit our Custom Order Help page to tell us what you have in mind. We handle custom engravings, special messages, and unique layouts regularly.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer discounts on larger quantities for weddings, corporate gifts, and events. Contact us through the Contact Us page with the quantity and items you're interested in.
